Junior IT Support

Power Farming New Zealand is seeking an enthusiastic Junior IT Support to join our small but dynamic team, providing day-to-day technical support to our Morrinsville based head office and nationwide retail branches.

We are New Zealand's leading independent privately owned importer of agricultural machinery and equipment with a history of three-generations serving the New Zealand, Australian and the United States markets and our team supports them all.

We need someone who:

• Is technically skilled and enthusiastic
• Has sound problem solving skills with a customer centric approach
• Is a great team player and has the ability to relate to a diverse range of people and able to communicate technical information to the non-technical if required
• Has great organisation and time management skills, with a focus on managing priorities
• Is a critical thinker
• Stays on top of new technologies and is enthusiastic about learning more

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role
• Excellent problem-solving abilities
• Familiarity with IT Systems and Application Support, including Windows and Office365
• Experience in configuring computers, printers and phones
• An ICT qualification equivalent to an NZ Diploma or above
